Blk Child Welfare is the host of the group Black Child Social Service Professionals (B.L.I.S.S.) who come together in support of each other to discuss the nuances of the child welfare system; provide support & cover for each other; build capacity to navigate the complexities of the work and become a Think Tank to create solutions that enable equity and improve outcomes for Black children and families.
